[ATTACK] Dark Water.
This was Berthier’s main attack in Sailor Moon R. It was a rival to Sailor Mercury’s Shine Aqua Illusion.
Berthier was surrounded by a stream of water that she then aimed at her target. Like Sailor Mercury’s Shine Aqua Illusion, the water could reach freezing temperatures and entomb objects or people in ice.
Berthier used this maneuver against Sailor Mercury in episode 68, but without a vocal command. In episode 72, the same stock footage was implemented when Berthier unleashed Dark Power. This was the only time she said Dark Water. In the same episode, Berthier activated Dark Water Full Power (ダルク・ウォーター・フル・パワー). The entire area, as well as Berthier herself, was gradually encased in ice. However, Koan managed to calm her sister down and the ice disappeared.
